Sunday afternoon slipped on the horizon.
Noelia Teminski (35), her partner and her baby were returning by a dusty road back to the town of Gobernador Roca, in Misiones, without suspecting that they would live a situation of extreme tension.
The ex-husband, from whom she is divorced, attacked them twice while threatening her.
The small car was dragged more than 50 meters despite the fact that its driver applied the brakes.
For Noelia it was one more episode of violence that she suffered from who was her partner for almost fifteen years.
Despite the repeated complaints he made, Alfredo Tarnowski (44) was never arrested.
The man handled himself with such impunity that he constantly violated the perimeter imposed by the Justice and the mother of his two children lived in terror for more than four years.
The story changed on Sunday because Noelia endured the crying of her little daughter and with her phone she registered the aggression that her ex-husband carried out aboard an old Dodge Polara.

He knows that with Tarnowski on the loose, there may be no tomorrow.
“Many times he threatened to disfigure me with a knife.
I filmed when he came to attack me at my house and I took him to the police, but it seems that nothing is enough, "he says.
Tarnowski was arrested on Monday when he appeared at the Gobernador Roca police station to report that his beverage distributor was stoned the night before.
When told that there was a complaint for a traffic incident, the man claimed that he had no recollection of what happened.
When the agents showed him the video, he alleged that the impact occurred when he had
a mechanical failure
in his old car.
Alfredo Tarnowski (44) was arrested for harassing his ex-wife in Misiones.
Noelia met Alfredo when she was 18 years old.
They were married for ten years and had two children who today are 11 and 14 years old.
In 2016, tired of physical and verbal attacks, the woman decided to end the relationship.
As Tarnowski did not want to leave home, it was Noelia who left for her mother's house.
"In a short time he left the house with the hope that I would return to resume the relationship. As time went by I realized that he was not the same person that I married, that he did not want a relationship like that for me and my children. That is why I
started the divorce and that situation made him even more violent
, "said the woman.
“When he found out, he came and put the knife to his chest and told me that he was going to kill himself if I left him.
My daughter witnessed this situation and to this day she keeps any knife she sees on the table ”, Noelia recalled.
In 2019, Teminski met who would be her new partner and last year she became pregnant.

Noelia maintained that she had to go four times to the Gobernador Roca Women's Police Station because they did not want to take her complaint.
"The town judge didn't do anything either because my ex-partner has many contacts," he warned.

On the dramatic moments lived on Sunday, he said: “At first it went ahead and stops later.
Then it starts to recede and hits us.
Then he withdrew and took another path.
When we realized it, he appeared from behind and began to push us.
He dragged us more than 50 meters, until our car, which is smaller, was crossed on the road, "he said.
But it is not the only act of violence that Noelia suffered from her ex-husband.
“Last year when I was pregnant, she tried to stay with our children.
And despite the fact that he has a beverage distributor, he only passes 5,000 pesos of food quota to his children. "
The woman, who does not hide her fear of ending up murdered, said that on one of the opportunities when she was threatened with a knife, she preferred to seek refuge in her mother-in-law's house.
"I went to his house because there I felt safer, more contained, because no one in the police listens to you," he concluded.
In the last ten years in Argentina there is an average of one femicide every 30 hours.
According to statistics from the Office of Domestic Violence of the Supreme Court, in 2018 alone there were 278. Most murders occur in the homes of victims and are committed by partners or exes.
