"'You're too fat,' 'Your thighs are too wide,' 'Your stomach spills,' I've collected these and other comments over the years," Paula Rosenberg wrote in a post last night (Sunday) on her Facebook and Instagram pages - and broke the web.

"I have often been slapped with such sentences, not only by talkbackers or strangers on the street, but also by people who love me as if out of concern. I have been disappointed to see that my measurements are not 'perfect'. Countless times I have been offered to change my body without even asking. From the soundtrack of my life, from the soundtrack of the lives of many women, "shared the presenter of the morning program.

"I insist on going on to find out: Who taught us to hate our natural body? Why the hell is it considered normal to invade a woman's body in words and reprimand her for the 'flaws' she thinks we have? Because we just got used to seeing only smooth skin and only narrow waists and only small breasts standing. "That's just a flat stomach. That's why everything else seems broken and in need of repair. Because we're told that it's not good enough. Words spoken to me are etched in my skin and made me believe I must change," Rosenberg revealed her personal experiences over the years.

"You're too fat" "Your hips are too wide" "Your stomach spills" "You haven't regained consciousness after giving birth, have you?"

"I was ashamed of myself for not going back to my previous measurements right after giving birth. I thought I could be more successful in life if I gave up something sweet when I felt like it. I cooperated with the pursuit of this beauty model until I said enough! I realized how much it harms physical and mental health, and yet it took me time "Until I mustered the courage to set a limit, to understand that what other people say about my body has nothing to do with me at all. It is not my responsibility. It only testifies to them," she stated.

"Every day I meet women who carry years of comments they have been told and knock themselves out of life, afraid to be seen as they really are, living in hiding and addicted to diets and surgeries and injections. You see when you look at me, "she shared.

"I accept my body and treat it with respect and love. I am beautiful and I am healthy and I am at my peak of fitness and I am tired of apologizing for it," Rosenberg signed her powerful body positive manifesto, accompanied by an image no less powerful than the messages she sought to convey.

In the photo, she is photographed in underwear, with captions such as "huge chest", "thinning arms" and "wide thighs" appearing on her body.

The post quickly garnered thousands of likes and comments, shared hundreds of times and went viral.

"Paula is my inspiration, my daughters and all the women around me. You change the world, correct distortions in society and lead the way to a better future for our descendants and for us. What else has not been said? Straighten up. You are stunning inside and out," said one surfer.

"Pride of the female sex"

"You are very proud of the female sex. Thank you for the authenticity that is always in the first place with you. Love you. Just like you, inside and out," another surfer joined the love show for Rosenberg, who continued with hundreds of reassuring responses. "I am full of Paula's admiration. You bring sanity back to our world. "Pargan surfs.

"While I was responding, 35 comments were added! I have never seen such a rate of comments to the post," a surfer added to the post that broke the network.

"This is called motivating change out of authentic leadership! Aspire Paula dear!".

This is not the first time Rosenberg, 44, has raised the issue of body image and acceptance.

She often shares her views on social media, delivers and conducts workshops and lectures on Zoom, and talks openly about the topic very close to her heart.

The facilitator also often talks about sexuality, relationships, nutrition and her marriage to Leon Rosenberg, while sharing and sharing personal and intimate insights from her personal experience without hiding or embellishing things.
