There is still no specific time when the modernization and renovation work will begin.
Details such as the design of the sanitary facilities are still to be clarified.
"We expect that we will completely renew this section," says Robert Alischer, managing director of the municipal housing company (StäWo) commissioned with the work.
Alischer does not expect "that we will get started in March".
But he can imagine that the detailed planning will be completed at least by the end of this month.
