Sex change: what about the “consent” of minors?

The delicate question of “consent” - the title of Vanessa Springora's book in which she revealed the influence she had suffered from Gabriel Matzneff at the age of 14 - has become central to the denunciation of sexual violence.

A bill has been tabled in the Senate to create an age threshold for non-consent at 13 years old.
