It seems that there is an "activity" that was reactivated with the pandemic: that of
fraudulent transfers
of members of social works.
Thus, in light of the complaints from the affected entities and affiliates, the Superintendency of Health Services (SSS) opened the investigation and verified that they were indeed "tricks" transfers.
This time there are
407 towards the Social Work of the Personnel of the Phosphorus
, Ignition and Related
Industry
, according to Resolution 438/2021 published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette.
Thus, in total
there are already 1,074 fraudulent transfers
detected in recent months: 92 were transferred to the Carboniferous Minerals social work, 473 to the Road Workers Social Work, 102 to the Phosphorus Industry social work and now another 407 to that same social work.
.
The social work damaged in the first three cases corresponds to the Mutual Association of Catholic Workers Father Federico Grote.
And the 407 harmed the
social work of the Personal Bricklayer.
Consequently, the SSS decided to cancel these changes, reassign the contributions and contributions to the social work of origin, inform the injured affiliates and initiate the
"summary procedure"
to the social works that received these fraudulent transfers.
As
Clarín
reported
, last October the SSS had suspended transfers from the social works of the Social Monotributistas because various complaints indicated that they had been made fraudulently because
they were not requested by their owners
.
That is, transfers without the consent of the affiliates to certain social works to receive Health contributions to the detriment of other entities.
According to the Superintendency, they would have taken the opportunity to carry out these frauds because, since the outbreak of the pandemic, due to restrictions on the movement of people, the procedures for the option of changing social works could be done digitally without submitting the forms in paper format.
Consequently,
the Superintendency resolved to review all the
transfer
procedures
made from March 20 onwards.
From this review, numerous fraudulent transfers to different social works arose.
After intimidating them,
the social works involved kept silent
despite having been notified.
In the case of transfers to the social work of the Social Work of the Personnel of the Phosphorus, Ignition and Related Industry, the SSS indicates that it was intimidated to send the individualized change option forms "under warning of disposing the cancellation of the options and apply the corresponding sanctions "and that the social work" remained silent despite being duly notified. "
In all cases, proceedings were opened.
