Washington continues to show an improvement trend, while Danny Abdia continues to have a hard time.

The Wizards recorded a third straight win tonight (Wednesday-Thursday) and climbed to a nine-game winning streak against 17 losses, after beating Denver 128: 130 in a fickle and dramatic game.

Bradley Bill scored the decisive points from the penalty spot with 0.1 seconds left, securing the win and suddenly elevating Washington to 13th in the East, just three games away from Charlotte manning the eighth place leading to the playoffs.

On the other hand, despite the encouraging signs at the team level, at the individual level Danny Abdia continues to have a hard time in his new role off the bench.

The Israeli rookie did get 21 minutes, finished with the highest plus / minus index in the team (14+) and again contributed his part in rebounds (7), but was satisfied with only 3 points with 1 of 3 of the three, added two assists and a steal, and again Not felt on the offensive side, as he looked hesitant and a little insecure.

The game was full of upheavals.

He started with a Denver blitz, which went up by another 20 points during the first quarter, and continued with a quick turnaround for the Wizards, starting with a hard-fought three by Abdia on the buzzer at the end of the first quarter.

Washington won the second quarter 23:46, receiving a record game from Davis Bartens who continues to rust and start showing his impressive hand from the three, making him one of the most intriguing snipers in the league last season.

The Wizards also won the third quarter, while showing mediocre defense but showing a lot of offensive qualities and entering the final quarter with a four-point lead.

In the final quarter the Nuggets' breaking point seemed to be coming: Bartens repeatedly sniped out of the arc and four and a half minutes to go, Washington's lead was 13. But then Nikola Jukic and Jamal Marie woke up, leading another run for the Nuggets, and a crazy three by the latter from -10 meters, set a tie of 128 with only 2.1 seconds left on the clock.

The final ball went to Bradley Bill, who squeezed a foul from Michael Green and scored twice from the line, to close out an interest, this time finally.

The late comeback was not enough either.
