He said he did not remember exactly the moments after the crash, but said he fled on foot and called police.
On Sunday evening, Hamed received a call to pick up passengers from Shivtei Yisrael Street in the city of Beit Shemesh.
"I was told to come at 8:30, but we on the shuttle come before me," he said.
"I was in a traffic jam there, they saw me and said 'Arab, Arab' and everyone about me. I remember a bit, they threw stones and everything on the road."
He further described that the dozens of rioters who were at the scene "broke down the doors, got into a minibus and beat me."
He then allegedly hit 47-year-old Ben Abu, who died of his wounds at the hospital.
"I ran away with my feet, I don't know how," Hamed described.
"I was walking on Route 1, I saw two Arabs in the car and I told them, 'Take me to the store in Sheikh Jarrah.' I told him to call the police urgently. I also told him to bring an ambulance."
"I got into the ambulance and they put handcuffs on me, in my arms and legs. I did not understand anything of what was happening. Just looking, there are police," he continued.
