The vaccination rate of caregivers "is not enough", according to the government.

This Thursday, during a press conference, Jean Castex, Olivier Véran and Brigitte Bourguignon all three called "solemnly" the nursing staff to go to be vaccinated.

"When we are caregivers, it is our responsibility to protect ourselves and to avoid exposing those we take care of to the risk of a virus that can hit them hard," said the Minister of Health, before concluding by announcing that he would write a letter this Friday "to all caregivers in our country (...) to strongly encourage them to be vaccinated".
