The positive Covid-19 test of one of the jurors will delay the deadline until next week.
Adjourned this Wednesday, the trial will resume Tuesday at the earliest.
It will then be the time for Mendy and his co-defendant Louis Saha Matturie to be confronted with new testimonies from alleged victims of rape, attempted rape and sexual assault.
Halfway through this trial, which is expected to last until the beginning of November, numerous testimonies have been able to clarify various gray areas on the facts alleged against the former player of the France team.
