For five years, gangs of young people have multiplied malicious acts in this town of 15,000 inhabitants.
The last dates back ten days when seven miners set fire to an old textile factory in the process of being converted.
"They boast of having been in police custody and gangrenous the little ones, deplores the city councilor who claims to have tried everything.
We have implemented many actions, we have contacted the families but nothing has changed.

Families of goodwill spared
If it is criticized by the opposition, the measure entered into force on Tuesday seems approved by many Caudresians.
Steve, a hairdresser in the city center for thirty years, is one of them: “They spend their time harassing traders by damaging their windows rather than taking advantage of all the facilities available to them.
We have a skate park, about fifty sports associations, a theater, a bowling alley, a laser-game, a 15 hectare leisure center but they prefer to insult the police because they are reprimanded in city center without masks ”.
"We must review the 1945 ordinance which recognizes criminal liability only at 18 years old," insists Frédéric Bricout before specifying that the sanction, which only concerns optional aid from the town, will not be applied to families of good will.
