(ANSA) - SPILINGA, 04 AUG - Spilinga 'nduja is ready also this year, despite the limitations imposed by the pandemic, to ignite the palates of gourmets who, like every year, will stop in the cradle of the Calabrian salami perantonomasia, attracted by the spicy flavor and from the notoriety of a product that has now reached international fame.
From today to August 8, the privileged meeting place for spicy lovers will be the "NdujaVillage", a theme park dedicated to the identity product of these places.
Cuisine, tastings, music, entertainment, a show with many ingredients and guests of great effect including chefs, pizza makers and food bloggers of international fame such as Gabriele Bonci, Sonia Peronaci, Stefano Callegari, Fabio Campoli, Flavio de Maio, Antonino Esposito and, to represent the territory , GiuseppeRomano, recently also awarded with the "green" star from the Michelin guide.
