While teleworking has not been 100% taxed since June 9 and employee returns to the site continue in successive waves, the reception they receive is very different from one company to another. Some simply sent a brief email to their employees, a few days before the scheduled date, to inform them of the new practical organizational arrangements. Others, on the other hand, have carefully prepared for the reinstatement of their workforce in the premises.
This is particularly the case of Identicar, in Chaville (Hauts-de-Seine), a specialist in auto insurance, which has 250 people.
