Kofler is the chairman of the supervisory board and the largest single shareholder in Social Chain.
For years, he and Dümmel have been on the jury of the TV show, in which budding start-up founders advertise investments in their products.
"So I am all the more pleased that in Ralf Dümmel we are gaining an exceptionally well-versed and motivating entrepreneur as a board member," said Kofler on Monday.
