[Campus World] Pitching's first experience of Shindo Academy invites life fighters to "twist" new horizons

2020-01-21T03:10:12.736Z

Starting from finding your own dream ideas, to calling on students to form a team, collecting information, and understanding the needs of the recipients, the dreams of each team officially set sail on the fundraising day and entered the second stage. In the process of seeking support from Dreambacker, some groups were favored by several companies and were willing to support them; some groups were unsuccessful and there were no supporters for the time being. In the simulated business world, competition is so cruel. How should students face it? How can schools encourage students to turn out new horizons through life stories?

"Mabao Project" Creativity Changes Nursery Room

Zhendao College and East Kowloon Huiji College held the Dream Funding Day on December 4 last year. Nearly 50 teams of DreamStarter from the two schools pitched together in the afternoon, hoping to win the support of DreamBacker.

The group that received more DreamBacker support is the "Mabao Project". They are 6 young middle- and third-level young people. When they see that nursing mothers cannot find a nursery when they go out, they may have to go to the bathroom to handle breast milk. inhuman. They hope to develop a "Nursing Room Guide APP" so that nursing mothers can search for the nearest nursing room or make an appointment in advance to reduce waiting time and make it easier for mothers. Xu admitted frankly that it was very nervous to pit the hundreds of audiences on stage, and got a few DreamBackers to write YES on the response form. They were overjoyed and determined to do better. What makes their dreams stand out? Student Yin said with a smile: "Perhaps DreamBacker saw the business opportunity of this APP, we can load advertisements for babycare products on the platform, and we can continue to develop if there is a profit. . "

My life my decision

In the actual competition, of course, some people are happy and some are worried. The group is "My life, my decision". When people are concerned, they can reserve medical instructions to avoid excessive rescue. They want to set up a DNA Notified Attempt CPR form. The website allows people to register. Although their ideas were not supported by the DreamBacker present, Wan was not discouraged. Instead, he actively revised the plan and actively sought outside support. Mr. Wan is especially grateful to Paul Sir. His experience teaches everyone that there are no insurmountable difficulties, but only a lack of determination.

Don't overestimate problems and underestimate your ability

Paul Sir in the mouth of Mr. Wan is the life fighter who was invited by the school for his classmates. After Pitching Day, he shared his life story for all classmates. Mr. Paul Cheng, who has inherited glaucoma, was originally the head of talent training for banks and a corporate speaker. He lost sight at the age of 54, but he was determined to lead a normal life. Wan said that what impressed him most was Paul Sir sharing the story of squeezing toothpaste. When he was blind, Paul Sir was having trouble with even the most basic daily life, and the squeezed toothpaste was always thrown into the wash basin. For a time he was frustrated, thinking he was a futile, so he had to wait for death. But he was naturally optimistic, and he squeezed the toothpaste into his mouth, and the toothpaste would definitely not fall. Yes! People are always overestimating problems and underestimating themselves. Just like twisting the dice, less than 1% of the world knows how to play. This is a fully misunderstood game. People always think that twisting the dice is difficult, but in fact it will be easy to find a way. Wan thinks this is a good reminder. As long as you don't give up, you will have a different world from another angle. Paul Sir is now committed to promoting the integration of injuries and health. He starts classes to teach twisting dice regardless of injury and health. He also plans to hold a new world record on February 22 this year, and set a world record for 250 people. .

Whether it is the "Malbao Project" or "My Life My Decision", it may be a long way from success, or it may be a step away. The school hopes to use Paul Sir's story to encourage students: when encountering problems, reverse the perspective of thinking, As long as you don't give up, you will be able to turn things around. Practice your dreams with action, you and I can!
