There are also citizens asking social workers to buy cigarettes and skin care products, and some solitary people are asking for 20 rolls of toilet paper within a week.
More "outrageous" cases include asking social workers to buy birthday cakes, induction cookers, televisions, designated brands of rice cookers, and even asking for a bed.
Chief Executive Lin Zhengyue said this morning (31st) that the government has issued more than 50,000 quarantine orders to overseas arrivals from March 19 to the present. To date, more than 70 people have been sent to quarantine for quarantine.
