The Observatory received reports from more than ten citizens, saying that they felt the earthquake and the shaking lasted for several seconds. Preliminary analysis shows that the earthquake intensity in Hong Kong is the third (three) degree of the revised McGary Earthquake Intensity Table, that is, it is felt indoors, similar to the vibration of a small truck passing by.
