Beijing on Monday condemned the US decision to list 28 Chinese organizations on its blacklist, expressing strong dissatisfaction and opposition to the move.
"This act seriously violates the basic norms of international relations, interferes in China's internal affairs and harms the interests of the Chinese side," Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told reporters. .
The United States, in continuation of its approach to meddling in Beijing, announced yesterday that 28 Chinese organizations were blacklisted for involvement in a campaign against residents in Xinjiang, after the US Congress intervened in Hong Kong affairs, which the Chinese government strongly condemned.
