Per compulsory break Boris Johnson has put the British Parliament in the Brexit drama cold. Critics of the prime minister, however, have sued in various places. A court now ruled that the maneuver was unlawful.

A Scottish Court of Appeals has declared unlawful the British Parliament's compulsory break imposed by Prime Minister Boris Johnson. This was reported by several journalists from the courtroom. However, the decision does not mean that the government must take its step back.
