Confinement challenges French morale

The World Health Organization (WHO) tries, without much success, to sound the alarm on what it judges to be one of the “very important consequences” of the epidemic of Covid-19. “The measures of removal and physical isolation, the closing of schools and workplaces, are particularly difficult for us. Because they affect what we like to do, where we want to be, and who we want to be with, " said Dr Hans Henri P. Kluge, Director Europe of WHO, on Thursday.
