Criminal security in Homs arrest two drug traffickers

The Criminal Security Branch in Homs arrested two drug traffickers and seized more than 19 kg of hashish and 1,300 pills of Captagon.

The Ministry of the Interior said in a statement, which Sana received a copy of today, that based on information about two people trading and promoting narcotic drugs in Homs, after monitoring and surveillance, the Criminal Security Branch in them was able to arrest them in Al-Dardaa village and seized in their possession about 19.6 kg of drug hashish.

The ministry pointed out that the branch also seized in their possession bags of quantities of narcotic Captagon pills estimated to number about 1300 pills. In investigation with them, they confessed to possessing drugs and promoting them in exchange for material benefit, indicating that investigations are still ongoing with them to reveal all those involved in the case to take legal measures against them
