World number one Novak Djokovic advanced to the last 16 of the Shanghai Masters by beating Canadian Denis Shapovalov.
Defending champion Djokovic broke the 20-year-old Canadian three times and never lost and clinched the match in 70 minutes 6-3 6-3.
Djokovic will face American John Isner, who beat Frenchman Luca Boye 7-5, 6-3.
