"Wanting to block a certain number of sites, not respecting the law by breaking into such and such a private enclosure, carrying out savage power cuts, all of this is to misunderstand democracy, all of this is to misunderstand the law and all that must be punished because it is not acceptable, ”declared the Prime Minister.
In the sights of Edouard Philippe, the blocking of seaports, the various power cuts like that claimed this Tuesday morning by the CGT in the Orly, Fresnes and Rungis area, where nearly 30,000 Enedis customers, the electricity manager, would have been affected. Or actions within the Parisian headquarters of the CFDT.

“The production tool, it respects itself; public service, it respects itself; our fellow citizens, they respect each other, ”insisted Édouard Philippe. "When we make wild power cuts, we necessarily put our fellow citizens, the users of the public service, in a situation which is sometimes dangerous and that is not acceptable," insisted the Prime Minister.
Monday, the leadership of the CGT had dissociated themselves from these acts, saying, in a press release, "attached to a democratic debate on the pension reform.
