A major surprise at EssilorLuxottica, when a governance crisis has been shaking the world leader in optics for eighteen months, born from the merger between the Italian Luxottica and the French Essilor. According to our information, he warned Thursday evening Hubert Sagnières, president of Essilor International and co-CEO of EssilorLuxottica, of his intention to assert his retirement rights.
