Swiss businessman Stephan Schmidheiny was indicted in Vercelli for the Eternit bis case. The trial will open in the Assize Court in Novara on 27 November.
Schmidheiny will be called to answer for voluntary murder in connection with the death of 392 people caused, according to the accusation, by the asbestos worked in the Casale Monferrato plant (Alessandria) of the multinational.
