The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants held a farewell ceremony today for the Ambassador of the Democratic People's Republic of Algeria in Damascus Saleh Bousha on the occasion of the end of his duties as his country's ambassador to Syria at Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus.
Following his medal, Ambassador Bousha expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to President Bashar al-Assad for granting this medal and the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their cooperation with him to complete his duties as ambassador to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, pointing out the mutual support of the two countries and standing together throughout the different stages of history.
In a similar speech, Deputy Foreign Minister and Expatriates Dr. Faisal Al-Miqdad affirmed the depth of brotherly relations between the two countries and their support and standing together, pointing to the wide horizons of cooperation and joint action to enhance relations and joint cooperation.
The ceremony was attended by a number of ambassadors accredited in Damascus and a number of directors of departments in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants.
