Three countries cooperate: At the meeting of the Jewish Agency Chairman Yitzhak Herzog, last night in Athens, Greece, with Greek Deputy Foreign Minister Kostas Velasis and Cypriot Commissioner of Cyprus Dissemination, Potis Potio, agreed on close cooperation in the fight against anti-Semitism and racism worldwide And to strengthen the links between the diaspora of the three peoples scattered around the world.

Also, during the year, Greek community leaders for the first time will go out to Jewish communities around the world and in the first half of 2021 an event will be held to commemorate the Holocaust in Athens or Thessaloniki under the auspices of the Greek government and the Jewish community in Greece.
"The current agreement marks an important historical point in the fight against anti-Semitism and racism in the world," Herzog told Israel Today.
At the end of the triple summit, Herzog met with Greek Prime Minister Kiriakos Mitsutakis, who expressed grave concern about Iran's recent actions and statements and its allies supported by Hizbullah and Hamas.
"Iran and its Middle East affiliates threaten the stability of the entire region," Herzog said at the meeting. "There is a clear struggle here between the Allies and Iran's dark and dark spindle, which is winding down to take step-by-step control over Middle Eastern countries and poses a direct threat to world peace as well as to the citizens of their countries who are desperate and want to free themselves from power."
Herzog referred to the agreement between the countries and the rising anti-Semitism in the world, adding that "we both have minority diasporas in countries around the world. There is a historical obligation to remember that what starts with Jews will never end with Jews."
Prime Minister Mitzotakis replied to Herzog: "We are fighting uncompromisingly in all forms of anti-Semitism. This is an issue that is very important to me on a personal level as well. I would like to pay a thorough visit to Auschwitz with my wife, as a tribute to all the Greek Jews who perished there."
