The Public Housing Authority (PAHA) has announced that all citizens who subscribe and allocate in all projects are late for repayment of their monthly installments for more than 240 consecutive or separate days until March 31, 2020 to pay the installments and financial obligations with their fines.
The Foundation said in a statement received by SANA that in the event of non-payment within the period specified above will be issued cancellation decisions against defaulters on the basis of regulations and laws, considering this announcement as a personal notification and a final warning.
In a similar statement, the Foundation announced the modification of the monthly installment to 8 thousand Syrian pounds as of the date of 1-10-2019 for subscribers to the project of youth housing in Damascus and its countryside, "Class A, the fifth and final stage for 12 years." And its countryside.
The Foundation called the subscribers covered by the announcement to review the Directorate of Accounts in the General Directorate of Damascus or Dimas branch in the suburb of Qudsaya with the subscription book to be adjusted monthly installments as of October 1 of this year.
