A fifth trip could even close the series on Wednesday January 29, depending on the draw, if Paris dismisses Lorient at the end of the week.
This situation is rare, but not new in the history of the club, which will soon be in its fifties. On six occasions, PSG has chained at least four outings. Among them, he even fielded five away games twice (in 2011 and 2018). The general result of these repeated trips is 12 wins, 5 draws (including one elimination in the League Cup) and 6 defeats.
