The Prosecutor of Rome obtained immediate judgment for the six suspects in the investigation into the murder of Luca Sacchi. These are the two material authors of the attack, Valerio Del Grosso and Paolo Pirino, by Anastasia Klymenyk, Luca's fiancée, and Giovanni Princi.
The latter are involved in the segment of investigation into the attempted purchase of narcotic substance. Immediate judgment also for Marcello De Propris, accused of concurrence in murder, and his father Armando, accused of drug possession.
The Prosecutor's Office challenges Valerio Del Grosso, Paolo Pirino and Marcello De Propris to aggravate the premeditation in the murder of Luca Sacchi. This is what emerges from the request for immediate judgment signed by the deputy attorney Nunzia D'Elia and the deputy Nadia Plastina. In the indictment the prosecutors write that Del Grosso and Pirino arrived in via Mommsen aboard a Smart "both armed, the first of a 38 caliber revolver supplied by Marcello De Propris, and Pirino of a baseball bat".
In the request for immediate judgment, the magistrates reconstruct the phases of the attack that occurred on 23 October last. Del Grosso and Pirino approached "the victim and his girlfriend Anastasia who had a pink backpack containing the sum of 70 thousand euros. Pirino hit the girl by ordering her to deliver the backpack and subsequently attempted to hit Sacchi, who protected himself with the arm reporting two large bruises, while Del Grosso, at the resistance of the two boyfriends, exploded a shot from close range in the direction of Luca's head causing serious injuries due to which the young man died within a few hours ".
