Hamoud pointed out that the poultry sector of the sectors that suffered significant damage led to the departure of more than 3000 domesticated work, and thus the loss of a large proportion of production of eggs and broilers and the occurrence of price fluctuations and instability in the local market with the cessation of the export process in addition to the randomness that prevails in the work and the absence of regulation in the presence of 2071 Unlicensed domestication constitutes 22% of the total operating establishments spread mainly in the governorates of Hama, Rural Damascus and Tartous.

He outlined the problems faced by the poultry sector, such as sharp price fluctuations, which exposed producers to significant losses, high production costs, the difficulty of securing labor supplies, and the interruption of many poultry production due to lack of funding, sabotage due to terrorism or shifting to other works. Mechanism to support this sector and put it into practice, especially in dealing with the reasons for stopping work, reducing fees, providing developmental loans supported by benefits, and finding marketing and storage solutions that contribute to the stability of the production process and not subjecting breeders to loss.
