Bolivar Square, in the center of Bogotá, went from being full of protesters carrying out another pan against Iván Duque's government, to being empty after the Public Force fired tear gas to disperse the crowd. The mayor of the Colombian capital Enrique Peñalosa decreed a curfew throughout the city from 9 pm local time.
