The Public Housing Authority (PAHA) has announced a new deadline for all housing, labor and savings housing allocators who have not been able to complete their housing contracts to complete the documents and procedures necessary to conclude their contracts and receive their dwellings duly until the end of 2019.

In a declaration received by SANA, the Foundation identified the allocation in the Damascus suburbs as a “Qudsaya suburb expansion area” in the youth housing project from 2015 to 2018, while in Aleppo governorate the labor housing and residential savings projects in the Hanano area paid the full estimated value or half the estimated value or thirty percent. Of the estimated value of the housing allocated and those who have been issued decisions to cancel their subscription and allocation of applicants before the date of 18-9-2019 give them a deadline for the end of this year to conclude their housing contracts in accordance with the estimated values ​​of the square meter of housing to be allocated by the end of this year.

The Foundation also identified the allocation in the Homs governorate in the youth housing project in 2017 and 2018, and in Tartous governorate in the youth housing project in 2017 for unfinished housing and in Lattakia governorate on the youth housing project in Al-Thawra Autostrad area in 2016 and 2018 and those dedicated to the housing savings project in 2016.

The Foundation explained that in the case of late installments of more than two hundred and forty days separate or continuous must be paid with fines until the date of conclusion of the contract in accordance with the new periods specified otherwise the institution will be forced to apply the laws and regulations in force against them.

The Foundation stated that it is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the prefabricated houses during the period due to the delay in concluding the contracts.
