Pizza Munchies

In Tel Aviv, new pizzas are opened every Monday and Thursday, but it is precisely the rumor that came to us about unconventional pizzas baked in a tree tab in a courtyard house in Moshav Azrikam on the coastal plain, which managed to intrigue us. Almichise opened the pizzeria, Manchise's name, by chance, almost by chance, when he fell in love with the tree-napkin pizza, bought himself a small one and began baking for family and friends. The demand for excellent pizzas, which grew, caused Buskila, who had recently been released from the army, to sell them to young people from the nearby seats. Very quickly, the tabun grew and the pictures uploaded on Instagram began to attract a crowd of hungry customers for quality pizza from Ashdod, Rishon LeZion and Ofakim.

This is a Neapolitan-style pizza with a thin dough and thick, but airy fringe, which is obtained by a slow swelling of 48-72 hours. Buscilla notes that he makes sure to use quality ingredients such as olive oil with a particularly delicate tartness of 0.2 and Italian mozzarella cheese. But the ones that attract the most attention are the toppings above the pizza, which vary as per the Instagram account's audience requirement.
