"Our country has never been so strong," he said, pointing out that "in just three years we have defeated America's decline." "I keep my promises, such as those on trade with the agreements with China and the one with Mexico and Canada". Trump therefore recalls the trade agreements reached, the security of the southern border of the United States and the efforts to end the American wars in the Middle East. "I will not let socialism destroy America," he said in another passage. The British Nigel Farage and the self-proclaimed interim president of Venezuela Juan Guaidò also attended the speech.
