(ANSA) - WUHAN, JAN 26 - The death toll from coronavirus in China has risen to 56 and the number of infected people across the country is close to 2,000. It is the latest budget released by the authorities, which rose a few hours after the last bulletin. In the past 24 hours, fifteen people have died and at least 688 new cases have been confirmed, according to the National Health Commission. Of the new deaths, 13 occurred in the province of Hubei, that of Wuhan, at the center of the epidemic.
