Although a year ago, Huawei introduced Maxte X with the folding display, but the phone did not come to serial production, and was only delivered to individual experimenters, and presented at exhibitions and press conferences. Now, although the Barcelona mobile show was canceled due to the Corona virus crisis, but Wavi, who was to be the main sponsor of the show and unveil her flagship devices for 2020, has not canceled the plan to unveil her new folding device, called the Mate XS. Wavy introduced the folding device that is ready for the fifth generation of the cellphone, with its 8-inch display open, which also turns into a phone with a 6.6-inch display in its folded position. The axis on the new device has been greatly improved compared to the folding axis from the display last year. The Leica camera has a Square SuperSensing camera, which includes a SuperMP 40S main camera, a 16MP ultra wide camera, an 8MP telephoto camera and a 3D depth sensor. The camera array takes full advantage of the front and rear cameras to support a wide range of photo options on the folding device. Another advantage of the device is working in parallel in some applications, utilizing the folding structure of the device. It is not yet known if Wawi will import the device to the country or what its price will be, if it does.

Wavey also unveiled at its press conference its new ecosystem, which was forced on it by the U.S. government, which banned Google from providing it directly with the Android operating system. Wavy has unveiled a variety of alternative apps and an online store here for all the needs of phone owners.

According to Richard Yu, CEO of Wavy, the company is committed to the connected life strategy tailored to each scenario. New App Experience: Huawei AppGallery

In order to foster a full-fledged ecosystem that will support Huawei devices moving forward, Huawei is gradually opening up its cloud capabilities - devices - to global developers through HMS. The system includes preparations for every scenario, global distribution capabilities and life cycle management, this ecosystem is a key component of Huawei's All-Scenario Seamless AI Life strategy.

Today, HMS Core is a collection of tools designed for Huawei's partners and app developers to create new and unique experiences that utilize the full hardware and software capabilities that Huawei devices have to offer. By integrating HMS into their applications with HMS Core 4.0, developers can quickly deploy capabilities on Huawei devices like HiAI, distributed technologies and camera features in their apps and deliver end-user quality experiences.

For example, Cewe, the largest photo printing company in Europe, has deployed the Huawei sharing kit to streamline the device matching process in its offices. The intuitive printing process enables faster production by requiring only a simple connection between the Huawei device and the printer. These experiences are not exclusive to business users; HUWAEI AppGallery offers a variety of apps that allow users of Huawei devices to enjoy the convenience of Huawei's innovation.

HUAWEI AppGallery also offers Quick Apps, an innovative category of apps designed for devices in the 5G era. Rapid development based on industry standards, Quick Apps does not require installation and uses minimal system memory. Users can simply click on these apps to enjoy the seamless interaction and beautiful interfaces as if they were traditional apps. This category is growing fast; Currently there are over 1,700 fast apps available in the HUAWEI App Gallery.

In addition to creating apps, Huawei actively curates high quality popular apps around the world to enrich the user experience.

To protect users from malware, Huawei - a pioneer in security and full protection - includes real-name developer authentication, a four-step review process, download and installation protection, and a secure application prevention mechanism.

With a nine-year track record of app aggregation and development, HUAWEI AppGallery is one of the top three app stores in the world. Speaking about the plans and future of the HUAWEI App Gallery, Richard Yu noted: "Looking ahead, we will continue to expand our app ecosystem in the HUAWEI App Gallery in the hope of not only creating a secure and reliable platform, but also providing consumers with another option. The success of this thriving ecosystem will remain one of our top priorities. "

Huawei is actively collaborating with popular app developers around the world to expand the range of apps. Developers are invited to be part of this activity and work with Huawei to deliver a smarter app experience to consumers around the world.
