Violated restrictive measure, already violent in the past (ANSA)

He killed his former partner, a 41-year-old woman of Czech nationality, after violating the restrictive measure, a prohibition on approach, which prevented him from going to Sorso, the country where the woman lived, against whom she already had used violence. The man was stopped by the police. At the end of a quarrel inside a bar in via Tiziano, which among others the two sons of the woman would also have assisted, the man stabbed her and, before the carabinieri intervened on the signal of some witnesses, it is escaped in the company of his victim and children.

After more than half an hour a second call to 118 signaled the woman's presence in Ossi, in via Spinoza. According to what was reconstructed by the carabinieri of the operational nucleus of the provincial command of Sassari, the man would have presented himself to a friend's house, would have rang the bell and, without receiving an answer, would have broken through the entrance door. After going up the first flight of stairs, he abandoned the woman, in very serious conditions in the living room of the apartment where at the time only her friend's 81-year-old father was staying, who would have noticed nothing. From that moment on, the reconstruction of the facts becomes quite imprecise. The only sure thing is that the sanitary intervention and the attempted resuscitation inside an ambulance proved useless. During those excited moments, a young man approached the investigators to report the presence of the alleged murderer in a bar in Usini, another center in the Sassari hinterland, where the carabinieri stopped the alleged murderer.
