Emilien Jacquelin was crowned world pursuit champion (12.5 km) at the Mondial d'Antholz-Anterselva this Sunday after a magnificent race. The French, author of a 20 out of 20 in shooting, was ahead on the wire and in the sprint the Norwegian Johannes Boe (1 fault, at 0''4) by crossing the finish line after 31'15''2 d 'efforts. The Russian Alexander Loginov, long in the lead and crowned Saturday in the sprint, broke down on the last launch pad and finished 3rd, at 23''9. Martin Fourcade must be satisfied with a place (46''3) at the foot of the podium while Quentin Fillon-Maillet (1'25''9) enters the top 10 (7th) with Simon Desthieux, just behind him, in 1'26''9.
