20-year-old almost kills passers-by in the middle of the city center - the man just wanted to help

After a brutal attack on a passer-by in the Königstorpassage, the Nuremberg murder commission is investigating a 20-year-old woman.

Nuremberg – On Friday morning (01/14/2022) a dispute escalated in Nuremberg's Königstorpassage.

This is what the Nuremberg police are currently reporting.

The Nuremberg homicide commission is investigating on suspicion of an attempted homicide.

Around 9 a.m., a 20-year-old woman got into a loud argument with her 32-year-old companion in the Königstorpassage.

When fisticuffs broke out, a 56-year-old bystander tried to settle the dispute.

The man had to pay dearly for this commitment.

According to the police, he was then attacked by the 20-year-old and knocked to the ground.

Here the 20-year-old is said to have kicked his feet several times on the person lying on the ground.

Two Deutsche Bahn security staff, who became aware of the situation, held the 20-year-old woman in a rage until the alarmed patrols from the Nuremberg-Mitte police station arrived.

In the course of the subsequent arrest, the 20-year-old put up considerable resistance, so that she could only be tied up using direct force.

The 56-year-old passer-by had to be taken to a hospital for medical treatment. 

Attack in Nuremberg: murder commission determined

Due to the potentially life-threatening danger of kicks to the head, the Nuremberg Homicide Commission is now investigating on suspicion of attempted homicide.

Witnesses to the incident are asked to contact the Central Franconia Criminal Service on 0911 2112-3333.
