On the form, you are asked to fill in your last name, first name, date and place of birth, full address, then indicate a reason for authorized exit, and finally to sign.

Once these steps have been completed, the site can generate its certificate, which is placed on your smartphone or your computer in the form of a PDF file, containing the information communicated.

This document presents at the bottom of its page a QR Code: a graphic barcode containing all your information, with the date and time at which the document was edited (to avoid fraud).

This will be scanned by the police during a possible control.

What motives allow you to travel?

People who come home from work or go there, claim a health requirement, have to visit a loved one in a situation of dependency or take their pet for a walk, can circulate during the curfew provided with this certificate.

Here are the eight usually derogatory reasons for travel:

Travel between home and the place of exercise of

professional activity

or the place of

education and training

that cannot be provided remotely and cannot be postponed or for the purchase of health products.

Fines for non-compliance

Any offender is liable to a fine of 135 euros then, in the event of a double recidivism (three frauds in total), to 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of 3,750 euros.

In the event of a repeat offense over the next fifteen days, the fine is increased to 1,500 euros.

After three repeated offenses, a sentence of 6 months in prison and a fine of 3,750 euros can be given.

Proof of business trip

There is a "proof of business trip".

The employer hereby certifies that the trips of the following person, between his domicile and the place or places of exercise of his professional activity or during the exercise of his functions, cannot be made before 7 p.m. .
