Deng said he received instructions to arrest illegal assembling persons

Deng believed that he and his colleagues were guarding the defendant and it was not appropriate to search for umbrellas, which were not listed as evidence in court.
Deng continued that he did not see the two police officers who were beaten in the back of the head while chasing Mo, nor did he retrieve them afterwards.
Deng described Mo carrying a small rucksack at the time. The defense pointed out that the rucksack was from the neck to the buttocks. Deng explained that Mo moved quickly and described the rucksack as light and thin. He said that the camping rucksack can be longer and wider, so it is small.
He did not instruct the police officers to seize the rucksack, and the rucksack did not appear in court.
Did not pay attention to how Mo'e injury was done

When he overwhelmed Mo on the ground, he heard Mo say: "Yes, I won't resist." As for the injury to Mo's forehead, he didn't pay attention to how it was caused.
The case will be retrial tomorrow (14th).
