A 37-year-old woman was found dead at her home, apparently stabbed, Monday in Béziers (Hérault), a murder probably committed by her ex-companion, who had already threatened her with death on several occasions, learned the AFP Monday evening from a judicial source.
The victim's former partner, 40, was arrested in Marseillette (Aude) in the evening, after his vehicle was spotted on a motorway service area between Narbonne and Carcassonne, said the public prosecutor. of Béziers, Raphaël Balland, in a press release.
The young woman, mother of two children aged 12 and 17, was found with multiple chest wounds, probably caused by a knife.
His children were then in their respective schools.

The body of the victim was discovered by the police after they, as well as the mother of the young woman, were called by the alleged murderer.
