With the colors of joy and life, about 100 children and young people presented drawings of various topics and styles in the art exhibition that was held at the initiative of the plastic artist Khalil Bilal and the Sheikh Saad Health Center in Tartous.
The exhibition, titled “Love Letter from Tartous,” featured children’s drawings, including cartoon characters and educational drawings, such as silent nature, engineering construction and face painting.
Holding this exhibition came within the framework of individual initiatives to enhance social cohesion and motivate talented people of different ages to think positively and spread the culture of art in various circumstances. Correct foundations and rules contribute to the refinement of those talents.
He explained that he trained the participants about 6 years ago with the aim of involving them in the collective cultural artistic work. This initiative comes with the health center in the Sheikh Saad area to encourage voluntary community activities.
A number of participants expressed their happiness with this participation, through which they were able to express some of their inner potentials, as Mohsen Abbas, 16 years old, pointed out his participation in cartoon drawings of different characters as they are loved by children, while his sister Sana, who is three years younger than him, was impressed by the art of fashion design to share some Detailed drawings of different designs of clothing in the hope of achieving her dream of studying this art more accurately in later stages.
11-year-old Dima Marei expressed her love for the homeland, so she painted its geography in its precise details, saying: “Syria is a united land with its people in every part of its original soil. And design and plan it with his effort to confirm his attachment to life.
