A fatal traffic accident occurred on Clear Water Bay Road in which a man died.
At 4:12 this morning (5th), a private Honda car was driving along Clear Water Bay Road towards Saigon and approaching the roundabout off the University of Science and Technology. It was suspected of losing control and crashing into the rock on the left, and then hit the road. After separating Shibo and putting on a sign, the private car rushed forward about 30 meters in a cannonball style. After flying over two traffic lanes, it crashed into the sign of Shangyi Road at the roundabout in the road, and then crashed into a tree about 8 meters high. Four rounds are facing the sky, lying on the grass in the roundabout.
A male driver surnamed Cheng fell into a coma and was trapped in the car. A passing driver found out and called the police.
The firefighter arrived at the scene and rescued the trapped male driver from the car. He suffered serious head injuries and had no breathing pulse. He was rushed to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for emergency treatment. He was later certified dead.

After the accident, debris was scattered on the private car, the front of the car flew off, and some parts were left on the road.
A street sign was knocked down, and a big tree on the roundabout was also knocked to the side in the accident.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident at the scene.
In the accident, a tree about 8 meters high on the roundabout was knocked down.
