A two-year-old Israeli boy died last night (Tuesday) in the city of Limassol in Cyprus, after suffering from fever and rash.
It is suspected to be infected with the predatory bacterium Meningococcus.
In the Chabad kindergarten in the city, where the boy was treated, other children also suffered from fever. One of them, a two-year-old girl, is in fair condition. Tonight she will be flown to Israel and treated at Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.
