Germany recorded 1,489 new infections and 18 deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
Data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases showed today that the number of confirmed cases of the virus in the country reached 3 million and 714,919, while the total deaths amounted to 89,834 cases.
In China, the National Health Committee said today that mainland China recorded 34 new cases of the virus, down from 35 cases a day earlier, noting that six of the new infections were local and were recorded in the southern province of Guangdong.
This brings the total number of injuries in China to 91,428, while the number of deaths remains constant at 4,636 cases.
