Leaving no young people on the side of the road is the objective displayed by the
1 young person, 1 solution plan
launched by the government in the summer of 2020. It has already enabled 3 million people aged 16 to 25 years of finding a job, training or assistance, according to figures from the Ministry of Labor, which does not intend to stop there.
To facilitate their integration into the labor market, Rue de Grenelle has decided to organize job dating.
About fifty will be organized throughout the territory.
More than 500 companies were mobilized by the services of the Minister of Labor Élisabeth Borne to meet young people in 60 different departments.

After Poitiers, the second meeting will take place in Amiens next week, and around fifteen other events are already planned by the end of November.
To participate, all you have to do is register on the 1jeune1solution.gouv.fr portal and complete your profile and CV.
Each young person can register for the dating jobs he wishes, and participate face-to-face or remotely from home.
"Less formal than a traditional interview, job dating helps promote proximity between as many companies and applicants as possible, and generates a crush, in one direction or the other"
, underlines the Rue de Grenelle in a press release.
Always with a view to being at the bedside of this public particularly affected by the crisis, the government should also unveil in the coming days its device to help young people neither in employment nor in training.
