On Monday night, a section of an overpass of the Mexico City subway collapsed on an avenue packed with cars and several wagons fell.

According to the head of government of the country's capital, Claudia Sheinbaum, there are at least 23 dead, including minors, and at least 65 injured, 7 of them seriously.

The authorities will investigate the causes that caused the collapse of the structure.
