The Swiss group Adecco, the world leader in temporary work, published Thursday a net profit of 77 million euros for the second quarter, down 47% due to costs related to the acquisition of Akka Technologies.

Its turnover, on the other hand, rose by 13% compared to the second quarter of last year, to 5.9 billion euros, while its organic growth, which makes it possible to assess the pace of hiring, is estimated at 4%, the group said in a press release.
