The AFIP extended the validity of different benefits aimed at facilitating procedures and alleviating the economic impact of the pandemic.
The various measures implemented by the body headed by Mercedes Marcó del Pont benefit monotributistas and micro, small and medium enterprises.
For monotributistas
No monotributista will be ex officio terminated from the regime due to non-payment of their obligations during October 2020. The regulations also suspended the monotax exclusions corresponding to September.
Through General Resolution No. 4845, the benefits in force since March were extended.
Current regulations establish the withdrawal of the scheme when ten consecutive installments are not paid.
The AFIP resolved that October will not be computed for the purposes of accounting for the period necessary for the application of automatic cancellations.
Permanent payment plans
General Resolution No. 4846 extends until the end of November the validity of the benefits in terms of interest rates, number of installments and risk rating provided for "early adherence" to permanent plans.
Garnishments and tax executions
The suspension of embargoes is extended
until November 30
for those taxpayers registered in the MiPyme Registry.
General Resolution No. 4847 also keeps the initiation of tax executions suspended.
Digital presentations
In order to facilitate the completion of various procedures in the framework of the pandemic, the mandatory use of the Digital Presentations service is maintained
until November 30.
There are more than 80 procedures enabled through this channel.
Obtaining the CUIT for legal persons is one of the latest incorporated procedures.
To use the service it is necessary to have a registered and confirmed tax code and Electronic Tax Address.
General Resolution No. 4848 also provides that taxpayers will continue to be exempted from registering their biometric data until November 30.
The exception allows citizens
not to have to go to the
agency's
offices
to register their photo, signature and fingerprint.
